The Central Florida Feed the Need Food Pantry’s last day to provide services at the Florida Department of Health in Seminole County was Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
Unfortunately, they will no longer be able to continue services at the health department as they are expanding food pantry and other services throughout the community. We are grateful to Feed the Need for showing us the importance of addressing food insecurities and homelessness in our communities and the value of co-locating food with other public health services. While at the health department, Feed the Need provided over 54,000 meals to those truly in need.
The food Pantry will be temporarily closed. We will update this information in the future since we are working with other community partners to re-open the food pantry.
