The Florida Department of Health in Seminole County Employee Wellness Committee has have partnered with reThink your commute to lead a 3 mile ride that will start at the Lake Mary Sunrail Station located at 2200 W. Lake Mary Blvd, Lake Mary, FL 32746 and end at the health department located at 400 West Airport Boulevard, Sanford FL, 32773.
On Friday October 12, there will be a safety overview and helmet fitting from 12-1pm at the health department auditorium located at 400 West Airport Boulevard in Sanford.
