The Florida Department of Health in Seminole County is collaborating with No Limit Health and Education, Inc. to host the 5th Annual Live, Work, Move Seminole 5k and Kid's Dash on Saturday, April 6, 2019. This annual race event celebrates healthy living during National Public Health Week and encourages Seminole County residents and visitors to become more physically active while promoting personal wellness. This year the event will be held in Casselberry, including a free kid's 100-meter dash race and an awards ceremony. On behalf of No Limit Health and Education, Inc., I have attached the sponsorship information, registration forms, and flyer to share with the Friends of the Park team members, family and friends. Awards and recognition will be given for the team with the most race participants in the following categories: School with the most students, teachers, administrators and staff; Government/City Employer with the most employees; Faith-based Community with the most members; Neighborhood Community with the most residents and Social, Recreation or Fraternal Group with the most members.
Registration fee is $25 per person. Registration includes a finisher's medal, t-shirt and race swag bag. The Kid&s 100-meter Dash is free to youth ages 5-11, with prizes for all.
Be sure to like the Healthy Seminole Facebook page, where we can post your upcoming events. You can also follow the 5K race on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/events/363894337780041/.
