EVENT CANCELLATION: 2016 Seminole County Lifestyle Choices Forum

Sanford, Fla.– Due to low registration, the 2016 Seminole County Lifestyle Choices Forum scheduled for Saturday, May 7 at Seminole High School is cancelled. Seminole County Public Schools recommended cancellation and the planning committee agreed.
Dr. Swannie Jett, Health Officer for the Florida Department of Health in Seminole County (DOH-Seminole), plans to reschedule the Lifestyle Choices Forum when school starts back in August.
