The Florida Department of Health in Seminole County is committed to improving the health of Seminole County by focusing on population health-working for equal health outcomes no matter what class, race or wealth. Focusing on the health of our population means we need to monitor health statistics, build long-lasting and effective partnerships, and have a presence in the community via events, meetings and health fairs. The following projects, resources and reports are how we have a pulse on the health of our community and held accountable to leaders of Seminole County:
- Local Public Health System Assessment (LPHSA) (PDF 2MB)
2020-2021 Annual Health Report for Seminole County (PDF 4MB)
- 23-26 Seminole CHIP Goals-Objectives and Activities (PDF 1.35MB)
Various Programs also create newsletters to send to their specific community partners including Central Florida physicians, County Commissioners, City Mayors, Seminole County Schools and more.
