DOH-Seminole provides nutrition and healthy lifestyle classes for preschoolers all the way up to Seniors. Classes are brought into the community and include such programing as the “OrganWise Guys.” This unique curriculum teaches through puppets about how to care for your organs with nutritious food and physical activity.
Alternately, lessons and food demonstrations preparing nutritious low cost-point meals to adults and seniors are also available. For more information contact our Health Educator at SeminoleOHPE@flhealth.gov.
