New and experienced mothers are invited to learn how nutrition, support, and self-care help mothers and babies thrive while celebrating National Breastfeeding Month.

National Breastfeeding Month aims to protect, promote, and support breastfeeding through increased awareness. Breastfeeding helps create a powerful bond between mother and child. Studies have shown that breastfeeding can also reduce the risk of certain illnesses for both mom and baby as well as support postpartum recovery.
