Eligibility for Free Mammogram Screenings

Must meet the criteria below:

• Women ages 40-64.
• Have a household income that is less than or equals to 200% of the federal poverty level.
• Have no health insurance to cover the cost of clinical breast exams, mammogram, or Pap smear.
