Mobile Health Unit Outreach are offered at various homeless population sites, as well as other areas that have difficulty accessing care throughout Seminole County. Mobile Health Services are provided as walk-in only.
The homeless, uninsured, and underinsured populations will be able to obtain health services, screenings, and referrals. Individuals with chronic diseases such as diabetes can also utilize the mobile health services. Services will not be limited to specified populations at special outreach events.
